Ordering with us
Our acceptance of your order takes place once you enter your payment details and these have been authorised by your debit or credit card company, at which point the purchasing contract will be made and you will be charged for the order you have placed.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, refuse service or cancel subscriptions where we see fit.

The Publishers and author can accept no responsibility for any consequences arising from the information, advice, or instructions given by the content of this website.

Pricing of products
All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price at any time but will honour any price given at the point of a successfully placed order.

Half Yard Sewing Club Terms of Service
For our Half Yard Sewing Club subscription, by purchasing a month to month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the original subscription rate. For yearly subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew after your then-current term expires. You may choose to opt out of auto renewal at any time.
Your obligations
Your subscription and the projects and techniques it contains are for your usage only. Please do not share any of the content on any other website or distribute it in any format without our express permission.
Failure to comply with this would be in breach of Debbie Shore’s copyright and we would treat such a breach very seriously.
Whilst using the site you are responsible for the security of your account details and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
Your subscriptions
Members-only content is made available for the duration of your subscription being paid and active. Subscription payment provides access only to the content and does not transfer ownership of any subscription content.
If your subscription is not renewed access to the members-only areas of the site is suspended, pending renewal payments being made. Your access to free projects will still remain after your subscription ends. Any subsequent subscription re-activation will restore your account to its previous state.
Users are permitted to reproduce any of the items described on this website for their personal use, or for the purpose of selling for charity, free of charge and without the prior permission of Debbie Shore or Search Press Limited.
